I will post your item within 5 days of your purchase as some items may be made to order, if the item is already made then it will be posted to you within 24 hours. I always send first class and keep proof of postage. How do I make a purchase? To place an order, browse through the site and select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking "Add to Basket". You can click on "View Basket" at anytime to update/edit the contents of your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click "View Basket" to begin the checkout process. You will be directed to paypal which will guide you through the process. What payment methods do you accept? All payments go through paypal, however it is not necessary that you have a paypal account to buy from me. Paypal will now let you buy using your credit/debit card, just follow the guide when you click 'Buy Now'. If you don't want to pay via paypal/credit/debit card, email me info@sarahbayley.co.uk so that we can arrange an alternative method such as cheque/postal order. Do you offer a returns service? Sorry, not at the moment. I check all items before shipping and would never send something that was damaged. I'd like to order something as a gift, do you offer a gift-wrapping service? Yes, I charge £3.50 if you would like your item gift wrapped - please email for details prior to ordering, thanks. Do you do custom orders? If you have an idea for something in particular you want making or something that you want altering then email me info@sarahbayley.co.uk to discuss the possibilities! Do you sell wholesale? Yes, read the wholesale information page. Do you post to my country?
